Nothing fascinates me more than the transformation process: seeing something change into something else, including people. I was lucky enough to witness something when I was in Kindergarten that made me aware of the fact that everything around me was made up by people. So I approached my life as a creative process since then by fantasizing about what I wanted to make, what I wanted to see happen, skills I wanted to have. And failed forwards to make it come true. I've done over 5,000 keynote-shows in 35+ countries about how perspective and focus create our reality. And evoking new reality and bending it is still mesmerizing.
